Craig and I started this crazy path by opening Brü Tap House in 2015. With a passion and love for great beer and doing our part to help the local economy, we have had a focus on carrying local products at Brü. During our time being open, we realized that we needed to offer food, so we looked to have food trucks. Since city ordinances didn’t allow for them during the time frame that we were open at the bar so when a restaurant closed in the front of the same building and remained vacant for more than a year, we decided to open it.
The build-out took a while, but it was worth it. We were able to find and reuse so many great items including some metal from an 1851 farmhouse and diner tables that we up-cycled with pallet wood. Now the fun stuff happens…
We love food!
Our goal is to encourage you to try some deliciously handcrafted food that you may not have thought about making at home.
We have Burgers, Tacos, & Waffles.
Our goal is to make food fun with a seasonally rotating food truck style menu. Think of our theme as if we took three different food trucks, that make excellent, thoughtful, and quality street food, and put them in a brick and mortar building.
